: Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation, dated 13.06.2019, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.06.2019, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is a destitute widow and had one children. The respondents had opened the post of Anganwadi Paniyalar in M.Malampatti Village, Melur, Madurai District and thereby called her and one Sathya for the interview on 08.09.2017. The petitioner had attended the interview in the Collector Office and interviewed by the third respondent. No action was taken for more than two years, for the above said post. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The further grievance of the petitioner is that she is a seniority in age for the post of Anganwadi Paniyalar and she is already 36 years completed and she has also completed Montessori Training. This is a last chance for her to apply for the above said post of Anganwadi Paniyalar. In the meantime, one Sathya below the age of the petitioner, without eligible, she is try to get an appointment for the above said post.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has placed an appointment order proceedings in e.f.vz;.1949/2017/m1, Dated 03.06.2019 issued by the first respondent. In the aforesaid appointment order, one Sathya was appointed as Noon Meal Organizer/Anganvadi Paniyalar, M.Malampatti, Melur Circle. Therefore, the said copy of the order was served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said appointment order issued by the first respondent/District Collector, Madurai District, proceedings in e.f.vz;.1949/2017/m1, Dated 03.06.2019.
