ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.92 of 2016 and secure the Accused persons and produce them to the concerned Court . 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is going on and a final report will be filed within one month.

3.Considering the submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with above direction.
