ORDER
The petitioner is a pensioner and she was provided a monthly pension of Rs.28,050/-, however, it was reduced to Rs.26,230/-. Therefore, she has verified the reasons for reduction of the pension, under the Right to Information Act and she is informed that there was an audit objection and based on the audit objection, the pension has been revised from Rs.28,050/- to Rs.26,230/-. As against the communication provided under the Right to Information Act, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the order impugned in this writ petition is only the information provided under the Right to Information Act and therefore, this writ petition cannot be maintained.
3. The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that her monthly pension was reduced from Rs.28,050/- to Rs.26,230/-as per the audit objection. However, she was not provided with an opportunity of hearing and no order has been passed enabling her to question the same. Therefore, she appears to have applied under the Right to Information Act and with the information provided to her, this writ petition has been filed.
4. This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition based on the information provided under the Right to Information Act. However, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to provide a copy of the audit objection and the order passed by the concerned authority for reduction of pension provided to the petitioner. 3/5
Let this communication be provided to the petitioner within a period of two weeks enabling her to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
