2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cheque has been misused.

3. Considering the same, this court finds it appropriate to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Trichy, to complete the trial in STC No.4676 of 2014 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with.
