This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.01.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 20.03.2018 before the respondent police. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of enquiry, the complaint has been closed.

5. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
