ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and issue patta the A2468, Chinthamani Valarkalai Milk Production Co-operative Society land in Survey No.102/6B, Chinthamani Group, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2019 within a time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.K.Muthuvai Ilayaraja, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

in Survey No.102/6B, Chinthamani Group, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, where the petitioner's Society is located and the said land was purchased by the Society by sale deed dated 24.02.1960. In order to get patta in the name of the petitioner Society for the land, the petitioner has given request/representation to the respondents on 11.06.2019 and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, if the said representation is directed to be considered and an order to that effect is directed to be passed, on merits, after doing necessary survey of the land, the petitioner would be satisfied.
4.I have heard the learned learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the said request of the petitioner dated 11.06.2019 would be considered and needful would be undertaken by the respondents within a time frame and final order would be passed.
5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition, with the consent of both parties, at the admission itself, with the following direction:
The respondents are hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2019 and after having completed the work of survey and measurement as required by the petitioner in the said representation, if the petitioner is entitled for the same, pass orders thereon, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
6.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
