ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to interfere into civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the representation dated 04.02.2023.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the civil dispute is with regard to the sharing of property between the petitioner and the third respondent. The parties have given undertaking that they will settle the issue through the civil process. Based upon that undertaking, it was closed.
