O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to grant permission and protection to conduct Kabadi Tournament from 29.06.2019 at 8:00 p.m. to 30.06.2019 at 12:00 am at Ambedkar Kabadi Ground, S.N.Pudur, Trichy, by considering petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2019.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondent.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Kabadi Tournament from 29.06.2019 at 8:00 p.m. to 30.06.2019 at 12:00 am at Ambedkar Kabadi Ground, S.N.Pudur, Trichy, the petitioner made a representation on 21.06.2019 to the respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
