Crl.MP(MD)No.2751 of 2024 Crl.MP(MD)No.2751 of 2024 in Crl.OP(MD)No.10264 of 2023 G.ILANGOVAN, J This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking amendment of CC No.234 of 2023, instead of CC No.345 of 2022 mentioned in the order passed by this court, dated 06/12/2023 and in the prayer portion, wherever, it appears in Crl.OP(MD)No.10264 of 2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that while preparing the main petition, CC number has been wrongly mentioned as 345 of 2022 instead of CC No.234 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagercoil. The same be corrected in the order portion as well as in the prayer of the petition wherever it appears and a fresh order copy may be issued. 3.The said fact is not disputed by the other side. 4.In view of the above, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The CC number mentioned as 345 of 2022 is ordered to be replaced, by including the CC No.234 of 2023 in the order passed by this court, dated 06/12/2023 as well as wherever it requires in the petition. After making necessary correction, a fresh order copy may be issued.
