This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct third and fourth respondents herein not to interfere into the civil matter without any order of the competent Court.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.

Government Advocate (Crl.side) reports that the petitioners are accused in Crime No.73 of 2018 and investigation is pending before third respondent police.

5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
