ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Family Judge, Madurai, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that O.S.No.46 of 2019 is filed in the year 2019 and therefore, the petitioner seeks for speedy disposal of the suit.

3.Considering the fact that the suit is for the relief of divorce and pending from the year 2019, the learned Family Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
