This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to prevent the fourth respondent from erecting electric poles in the petitioner's land comprised in S.Nos.47/2E1 and 47/2E3 situated at Sithalavai Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent, without obtaining any permission from respondent Nos.1 to 3 and without the consent of the petitioner, has commenced erecting electric poles in the petitioner's land. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent Nos.1 to 3 on 27.12.2025. However, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2025 would be considered in accordance with law. 2/4

This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
