This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 5.1.2015 within stipulated time fixed by this Cour and pass suitable orders as this Court deem fit by this Court. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) representing the respondent submitted that the complaint has not been received by the respondent. 3.Hence, the petitioner is directed to furnish a fresh copy of the complaint dated 14.10.2009 in person to the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the same shall be proceeded further in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter.
4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
