This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.34 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing for some time, is not able to convince this Court. When this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
