ORDER
The petitioner challenges the impugned memorandum bearing Na.Ka.No.7868/2019/A7, dated 24.02.2020 issued by the second respondent herein. The second respondent has issued the said memorandum based on the representation dated 10.12.2019 submitted by one Vadivel/fourth respondent herein.

W.P.(MD)No.4974 of 2020 The phraseology of the memorandum indicates that the second respondent intends to hold a peace meeting. The second respondent has only called upon the petitioner to attend the peace meeting along with the relevant documents. The second respondent does not appear to have invoked any provision under Criminal Procedure Code. Therefore, the impugned memorandum does not have any legal significance or consequence. Even if any decision is taken in the said peace meeting, the same cannot be binding on the petitioner herein. Therefore, I decline to interfere in the matter.
2.With these observations, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
