PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Court to direct the respondents to give police protection to the Petitioner and his family members and for his spinning mill namely as "Karpagam Spinning Private Limited" situated at 100, Vagaikulam, T.Karisalkulam, Near M.D.T.Hindu College, Tirunelveli District based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 10.4.2015. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the respondents to give police protection to the Petitioner and his family members and for his spinning mill namely as "Karpagam Spinning Private Limited" situated at 100, Vagaikulam, T.Karisalkulam, Near M.D.T.Hindu College, Tirunelveli District based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 10.4.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.It appears that the Petitioner and proposed respondent are claimed to be in-charge of a mill and in this regard, a civil suit is pending between them in O.S.No.563 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tirunelveli.

4.In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the pending suit.
