This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2019 to grant permission to conduct the "Kovil Thiruvizha" as well as other programmes and also to conduct the "Aadal Padal" on 27.06.2019 at about 09.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. in temple namely "Arulmigu Shree Aravan Swamy Kovil" at Thenur Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondent.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the the "Kovil Thiruvizha" as well as other programmes and also to conduct the "Aadal Padal" on 27.06.2019 at about 09.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m. in temple namely "Arulmigu Shree Aravan Swamy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kovil" at Thenur Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, the petitioner made a representation on 20.06.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
