ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) clarifies that the petitioner was involved in four cases. Out of them, three have been action dropped and the remaining one case ended in acquittal. There cannot be any impediment for re-issuing the petitioner's passport. 3.The petitioner is directed to furnish an explanation in response to the first respondent's notice. The same shall be accepted and the passport shall be re-issued subject to fulfilment of other usual formalities. 4.This writ petition is allowed accordingly.
