Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 27.02.2026, the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) each to the respondents 1 and 2 and they have filed a Memo dated 16.03.2026 to that effect and also produced the receipt. The above said Memo is recorded. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
