The petitioner seeks for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur to expedite the trial proceedings in C.C.NO.25 of 2014 within a stipulated time.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) representing the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur, to complete the trial in C.C.NO.25 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this Court.
