Prayer : Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking an order of exemption from payment of court fee of Rs.6,454/- since I have paid Rs.100/- out of the total court fee of Rs.6,554/- which is required for presenting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in CMA(MD) SR No.13747 of 2026 before this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order exempting the petitioners from paying the court fee of Rs.6,454/- (the total court fee is Rs.6,554/-, of which Rs.100/- has already been paid) in presenting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.13747 of 2026 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the petitioners are exempted from paying the court fee of Rs.6,454/- for the present, subject to the condition that the 2/4

petitioners shall pay the said court fee as and when the petitioners receive any part of the award amount or as and when specifically directed by this Court.
