[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Counsel for the third respondent - Municipality submitted that the dust bin was shifted from the entrance of the school, which the learned Counsel for the petitioner also conceded.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
