ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-4, A-5, A-7 & A-8 in Crime No.57 of 2008 apprehend arrest in pursuance of the NonBailable Warrant issued in S.C.No.359 of 2011 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Court, Ambasamudram.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case was registered in the year 2008 and the petitioners were arrested and released on bail and thereafter, they have been regularly appearing before the Court and only on 29.10.2014, the petitioners could not appear before the trial Court and therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued. He further submitted that the petitioners would regularly appear on all future hearing dates.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the other accused have been regularly appearing and in respect of these petitioners, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued on 29.10.2014 and the case is posted on 29.04.2014.

5.Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the Assistant Sessions Judge, Ambasamudram, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned (*)Judge concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all future hearing dates without fail. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned (*)Judge within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
