ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-1 and A-2 were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.02.2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 457 & 380 I.P.C in Crime No.39 of 2015 and hence, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 04.02.2015 the accused have stolen the battery from a Tractor bearing registration No.TN 72 E 2284.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the property worth of Rs.7,000/- was already recovered and the investigation is almost over and therefore, the petitioners may be considered for bail.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioners have involved in four previous cases of similar nature and they are habitual offenders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Considering the above facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
