ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2.This Court vide order dated 02.07.2025 has issued the following directions:

"The parties have appeared before this Court. 2.The issue is with regard to the 3 feet encroachment made by the petitioner, which is nearly 140 sq.ft, in the Ashramam belonging to the respondent. The respondent succeeded the case before the Lower Appellate Court as well as before this Court. Thereafter, E.P. has been filed. As against which the present Civil Revision Petition came to be filed by the petitioner. 3.The matter was amicably settled and the respondent Board was convened and upset price was fixed at Rs.15 Lakhs for the encroached portion. On behalf of the above Ashram, Mr.Vignesh, the Administrator of the Ashram is before this Court.

4.Mr.Subramanian, second petitioner herein appeared before this Court and he also agreed to pay Rs.15 Lakhs to the respondent on or before 25.08.2025.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.15 Lakhs to the respondent on or before 25.08.2025.

6.Post the matter on 25.08.2025, "for reporting compliance". 2/4

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondent submit that the directions issued by this Court were complied with and the parties have entered into a compromise memo.

4.In view of the compromise reached between the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order.
