Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner wants the encroachment in S.F.No.31, Illangiyendal Village to be cleared.

4. It is not in dispute that the petition-mentioned survey number is a water body. We direct the third respondent to take effective action so that the encroachments are cleared. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the 2/4
