This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated on 10.01.2015 . 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) representing the respondent submitted that no complaint has been given to the third respondent.

3.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to make complaint before the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and as and when the same is received, the third respondent will have to take appropriate action.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
