(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J) The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to work out his remedy, if any available under law, before the competent Forum and also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. This Court heard the submissions of Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Chandrasekaran, learned Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent temple.
3. In the light of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs.
