Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st respondent permitting the 2nd and 3rd respondents from making arrangement of pathway into the petitioner's patta lands with regard to Survey No.388/1C 1B and 388/3A situated at Sekipatti Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2019.
