2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) representing the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, to complete the trial in C.C.NO.78 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this Court. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
