PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of Crime NO.23 of 2015 dated 16.02.2015 and file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppathur within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court and pass such or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of Crime NO.23 of 2015 dated 16.02.2015 and file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppathur within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
