This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 16.08.2014 preferred by the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 406 and 420 IPC and to take action against the accused persons in accordance with law.
