PRAYER : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Additional Sub Court, Tirunelveli to dispose the petition in H.M.O.P.No.37 of 2020 (Reumbered from H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2019 on the file of Sub Court, Ambasamudram), within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli to dispose the petition in H.M.O.P.No.37 of 2020 (Re-umbered from H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2019 on the file of Sub Court, Ambasamudram) within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the case in HMOP.No.37 of 2020 already settled before the Mediation and the Court below has also received the Mediation Report on 22.04.2021. Instead of recording the settlement, the trial Court adjourned the case for enquiry. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for speedy disposal of the case.

3.Ms.C.Geetha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for disposing the case expeditiously. 4.Considering the fact that since already Mediation report has been filed before the trial Court, the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli, is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.37 of 2020 within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
