ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to cancel the Patta in T.R.2024/0103/23/203314TR vide

Patta No.1363, dated 10.04.2024, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 27.10.2025, 10.02.2026 and 12.02.2026.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the subject property and is in peaceful possession and enjoyment thereof. However, Patta No.1363 relating to the said property stands in the name of one Valli. Therefore, the petitioner submitted representations dated 27.10.2025, 10.02.2026 and 12.02.2026 to the respondent seeking to cancel Patta No.1363. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's representations, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representations will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.10.2025, 10.02.2026 and 12.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the said Valli and any other persons, who may be affected by such decision, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
