This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.170 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after completing the investigation, F.I.R has been closed as 'Further Action Dropped' on 14.07.2016.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.Consequently,connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
