This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side. 3.Refuting the allegation of harassment at the hands of the respondents, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has filed a status report of the first respondent, wherein it is averred that based on the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant, unbiased investigation was conducted without any harassment to anybody and thereafter, the complaint was closed and referred charge sheet notice was also served on 29.11.2015.
