Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, Praying this Hon'ble Court against suit for recovery is converted as CRP as per the order of this Court dated 12.02.2021 in Tr.CMP.No.255 of 2019.

ORDER:- Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Babu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.T.Lajapathiroy, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: The parties had entered into a joint compromise in Tr.C.M.P. (MD) No.255 of 2019.

2.As per the said compromise, the suit in O.S.No.12 of 2018 was withdrawn to this Court and dismissed as withdrawn. The said order is replicated in this civil revision petition, since the suit has now been withdrawn and transferred to the file of this Court and numbered as CRP.(MD) No.492 of 2021.
