This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give adequate police protection for his life and limp at the time of repairing fencing work on his plot on the basis of the representation dated 15.04.2015. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.It appears that in pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioners, a case has been duly registered and there is also a civil dispute pending between the parties. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders. Hence, the criminal original Petitions are dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to workout his remedy before the civil Court.
