This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 21.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. According to The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner made a complaint before the Karaikudi South Police Station. The petitioner made the complaint to the second respondent is without jurisdiction.

4. By considering the said fact, the learned counsel appearing

for the petitioner seeks liberty to make a fresh complaint to the concerned police station for the aforesaid alleged complaint.
