ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was already granted interim bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Pudukottai in Crl.MP.No.3974 of 2022, dated 25.11.2022 with a condition to stay at Aarani and report before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Aarani. Since he did not comply with the condition, the bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail. 2.In view of the above, the only option available to the petitioner is to challenge the order of cancellation of bail. At this stage, the anticipatory bail petition will not lie. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
