This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.366 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kovilpatti is present. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.366 of 2016 has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.342 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC against Sekar.
