ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.06.2016.

2.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has produced the enquiry report, whereunder the proposed accused appeared before the second respondent and has given an undertaking that he will not commit trespass and based on his undertaking the complaint has been closed.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If the petitioner has any grievance in the closure, it is open to him to take further action.
