The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 75 of 2009 pending on the file of the respondent Police Station within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
