ORDER
This writ petition challenges the election notification dated 14.06.2019 issued by the Superintendent of Wakf/second respondent herein and the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct the election in respect of Mohideen Andavar Pallivasal, Vilanthkantam, Kumbakonam Taluk, by rectifying the mistakes that are stated to have crept into final voters list dated 14.06.2019. 2.In the course of the earlier hearing on 26.06.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner had crystalized and set out all mistakes in the voter list, in his representation, dated 21.06.2019. Thus, bearing in mind the urgency expressed by the petitioner, this Court had directed Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned counsel, who had accepted notice for the respondents, to instruct the respondents to dispose the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks in order that the mistakes may be looked into and rectified prior to the date of election.
3.Today, Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, circulates a copy of the order passed by the second respondent dated 26.06.2019, wherein the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2019 has been considered and disposed.
4.Thus, nothing further remains for adjudication as far as this writ petition is concerned. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved with order dated 26.06.2019, it is for the petitioner to assail the same further, in the manner known to law. 5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
