This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondent No.3 to register a case/FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 1.4.2015 and investigate into the case.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) representing the respondent submitted that the complaint has been given to the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the complaint was directed against the police officer, the same was given earlier to the first respondent.

4.Considering the submissions made, the petitioner is directed to make complaint to the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the same shall be proceeded further by the in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter. The respondent NO.2 is directed to monitor and supervise further investigation.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
