ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere in Civil Jurisdiction under the guise of enquiry and take necessary action against the trespassers based upon the complaint made by the petitioner dated 06.10.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the complaint preferred by the petitioner has been enquired and the same was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been placed before this Court. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
