ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in CRL.OP (MD).No.18612 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, Thanjavur.

2. Mr.N.Balasubramanian, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the copy of the order dated 28.10.2024 was made ready on 15.11.2024, in the mean time, the petitioner made earnest effort to arrange surety for the satisfaction of the concerned Court, but the petitioner could not able to arrange sureties within the time stipulated by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 14.03.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in CRL.OP(MD).No.18612 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024.
