ORDER

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking to dispose of his representation dated 08.10.2024 to correct the extent in the patta issued to the petitioner by incorporating 630 sq.ft., instead of 530 sq. ft. 3.Without going to the merits of the entitlement of the petitioner, considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the fourth respondent to carry out physical inspection and based on the documentary evidence available on record, the fourth respondent may 2/4

consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2024, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
