O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.08.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents represented that even though summon has been sent twice through courier, the petitioner did not appear and hence, the enquiry has been closed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has requested the Court to give one more chance to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent.

4.Considering the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 24.01.2018 and on such appearance, the second respondent has to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals that any congnizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law. In case, the petitioner failed to appear on that date, it is open to the second respondent to drop further proceedings on the complaint given by the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
