PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Court to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner in leading his remaining part of last tenure in his life at Door No.51, Muthuramalingapuram Village, Salaigramam Panchayat, Elaiyankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and representation dated 10.3.2015 also forbearing the third respondent in interfering in the civil issue with a view to evict the Petitioner from the said house without any legal process forthwith.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner in leading his remain part of last tenure in his life at Door No.51, Muthuramalingapuram Village, Salaigramam Panchayat, Elaiyankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and representation dated 10.3.2015 also forbearing the third respondent in interfering in the civil issue with a view to evict the Petitioner from the said house without any legal process forthwith.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that no complaint is pending against the Petitioner and no harassment is made on the part of the respondents Police and that the Petitioner will not be harassed in future also.

4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
